摘要: Objective: To study the association of vaspin with glucose metabolism. Design: Cross-sectional and intervention study. Subjects methods: The serum metabolic anthropometric characteristics was investigated in 108 volunteers. Euglycemic–hyperinsulinemic clamps (EHC) were performed 83 participants. Changes circulating levels additionally studied a crossover using 300 min EHC lipid versus saline infusion (nZ10). Results: Neither tolerance status nor insulin sensitivity, both as measured EHCs homeostasis model assessment for resistance (HOMA-IR), significantly associated cross-sectional Furthermore, there no effect short-term lipidinduced due to intravenous challenge on vaspin. However, elevated women oral contraceptives (OC), compared without OC intake (1.17G0.26 vs 0.52G0.09 ng/ml, PZ0.02) males 0.29G0.04 PZ0.01). After exclusion females stratification according body mass index (BMI), significant sexual dimorphism subjects BMI !25 kg/m 2 observed (males 0.21G0.04 ng/ml 0.70G0.16 PZ0.009). Conclusion: Our results support existence regarding lack an HOMA-IR M value indicates, however, major role concerning sensitivity nondiabetic humans.
