摘要: A numerical investigation of the thermal and acoustic effects in high-speed compressible flows is presented. Two case studies are considered: i) transition to turbulence supersonic over a flat plate, ii) shock wave turbulent boundary layer interaction (SWTBLI) compression ramp. Implicit Large Eddy Simulations (iLES) performed using second fifth order Monotone-Upstream Central Scheme for Conservation Laws (MUSCL) ninth Weighted Essentially Non-Oscillatory (WENO) schemes. The aim this study twofold: examine associated with transitional layers, particularly near wall region; investigate accuracy on loading. results compared theoretical models, Direct Numerical (DNS) experiments.
