摘要: Abstract A primary, but rarely examined, justification for ecosystem valuation studies is that monetization of environmental amenities and services makes a needed contribution to decision making. This paper systematically examines the role economic analysis, specifically valuation, in precedent-setting dam removal case. The operating hydropower dams purpose restoration (as opposed safety reasons) rapidly gaining national attention. One first examples involved two on Elwha River state Washington.
