摘要: While magnetosome biosynthesis within the magnetotactic Proteobacteria is increasingly well understood, much less known about genetic control deep-branching phyla, which have a unique ultrastructure and biosynthesize up to several hundreds of bullet-shaped magnetite magnetosomes arranged in multiple bundles chains, but no cultured representatives. Recent metagenomic analysis identified genes genus 'Candidatus Magnetobacterium' homologous those Proteobacteria. However, has been limited highly abundant members community, therefore only little biosynthesis, ecophysiology metabolic capacity MTB. Here we report single-cell derived draft genomes three uncultivated Single-cell sorting followed by whole genome amplification generated Candidatus Magnetobacterium bavaricum Magnetoovum chiemensis CS-04 Nitrospirae phylum. Furthermore, present first, nearly complete representative from candidate phylum Omnitrophica, tentatively named Omnitrophus magneticus SKK-01. Besides key features consistent with common chemolithoautotrophic lifestyle, numerous, partly novel most likely involved their arrangement chains.
