摘要: Four lactating Holstein cows were used in a 4 X Latin Square design to determine the effects of postruminally administering sodium caseinate and/or glucose on milk production, composition, nitrogen utilization, amino acid utilization by mammary gland and turnover rate. An 8.5% increase yield 13.3% protein production obtained during infusion caseinate. No significant responses attributed abomasal glucose. Arterial concentrations most essential acids increased Uptake phenylalanine, methionine lysine closely paralleled their output milk. The relative methionine, phenylalanine arterial plasma considerably less than which resulted large percentage extraction these gland. If availability gland, per se, was limiting synthesis protein, may have been three limiting. Measurements entry rate showed trend toward flux when either glucose, or plus infused abomasally. similarity rates suggest that not due totally resulting from infusion.
