摘要: Low and high frequency electroacupuncture (EA)-produced analgesia have been shown to be mediated by different brain substrates opioid peptides. In this study, Fos-like immunoreactivity (FLI) in situ hybridization of the three mRNAs were used examine effect low (2 Hz) (100 EA on neuronal activities expression genes. 2 Hz 100 induced a markedly spatial patterns Fos rat brain, suggesting there are distinct pathways underlying frequencies. Likewise, exert differential effects gene expression: while more extensive intensive preproenkephalin (PPE) mRNA than EA, it had no preprodynorphin (PPD) which was significantly increased stimulation. contrast, both frequencies did not affect POMC expression.
