摘要: There is a strong interest in the EU to promote bioeconomy sector within 2020 strategy. It thus necessary assure sound sustainability framework. This paper reviews international and European initiatives mainly for biomass bioenergy. The basic advanced indicators are identified described with particular attention those points without agreement between stakeholders. Based on state of discussion, some suggestions enhance sustainable development proposed.
