摘要: Der Dritte Sektor beschaftigt rund sieben Prozent der erwerbstatigen Schweizerinnen und Schweizer (Helmig et al. 2011). Internationale Arbeitsmarktentwicklungen unterstreichen die zunehmende volkswirtschaftliche Relevanz des Nonprofit-Sektors als Arbeitgeber (Clark 2011; Roeger 2012) halten sektorspezifische Managementliteratur dazu an, Effekte Sachzieldominanz nicht nur in Bezug auf das Freiwilligen- Ehrenamtsmanagement, sondern auch bezahlte Arbeit zu untersuchen, wesensbestimmende Merkmale dieser identifizieren, was schlieslich potenzielle Anpassungen den sektorspezifischen Anreiz- Fuhrungssystemen ermoglicht.
