Evaluation of motivation and attitude for Telehomecare among caregivers of elderly patients affected with congestive heart failure

摘要: Background: The development of telemedicine has become a solution to provide healthcare service the elderly while they remain in their homes. unit cost provided at home is lower than Institutional Healthcare Service. users' attitude and motivation are fundamental factor for acceptance technology behavior change. Still, toward telemedicine, especially among caregivers not satisfactory. Objectives: object this study investigate utilization Telehomecare its effect on user's population who affected by chronic heart failure. Materials Methods: Observational trial quasi-experimental design with duration 6 months were adopted. Intervention platform that supports multispecialty teleconsultation questionnaire evaluating intervention “Use current technology” used. Results: results after showed expectations improved, opinion about barriers was positive. Conclusion: We evaluated readiness responsiveness naive user before during observational trial. demonstrated unified telemedicine's use so high cannot be overcome.
