摘要: We carried out an intensive and systematized sampling of the spider fauna tropical mountain cloud forest (TMCF) in El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, Chiapas, Mexico, order to analyze their composition, species richness, abundance, proportion undescribed species, compare these results with those found other TMCFs. sampled ten plots two seasons (dry rainy) using different techniques on strata (ground understory). A total 7,432 specimens were collected corresponding 28 families, 78 genera 111 morphospecies. high (58.6%) species. For 11 originally described from a single sex, we sex. Five one genus new records for Mexican fauna. Understory stratum had higher numbers individuals than ground stratum, there was turnover, only 17% shared between strata. The shows similarities TMCFs (especially that same range) concerning identities dominant species-rich family presence relevance (in abundance or richness) families are uncommon lowland habitats (Linyphiidae Theridiosomatidae), However, is turnover among sites (only 16% shared), even at relatively short distances, seems derived part relative proportions endemic Our suggest Theridiosomatidae Linyphiidae, together richness this last family, could be used as conservation indicators analyzed TMCFs, endemicity levels, support regarded hotspots Araneae.
