摘要: Collaborative management of natural resources requires that multiple stakeholders come together to negotiate agreements. Who is a stakeholder, what the boundary and definition an issue, who has legitimacy convene are interrelated, systemic questions. To address this challenge, paper provides conceptual framework with nine Contextual Dimensions. A workshop on collaborative conflict fishery in Chile, designed facilitated by authors, serves as case study where came vision desirable futures explored organizational linkages could accommodate different agendas. The analyzed through some conclusions drawn value experiential learning importance iterative consultations must precede such events.
