摘要: We investigated the retention of systemic bait marker Rhodamine B (RB) in house mice (Mus domesticus) that were fed RB pellet (0.5% RB) and water solutions (1.6%). Wild baits (3 mg or provided with treated (0.3 screened for traces whiskers, blood, urine, faeces, digestive tract. RB-bands found whiskers seven weeks ingestion RB. There no difference between males females regarding presence whiskers. In contrast analysis quantitative results allowed rapid screening animals. conclude is an appropriate short- medium-term studies on mice.
