摘要: Abstract Self-assembled Sm–Co nanoparticles in the form of spherical aggregates (referred as nanospheres) with diameter ranging from 50 to 180 nm were achieved by means polyol technique. The size distribution nanospheres can be regulated close ∼100 nm controlling molar ratio Sm:Co precursor. exhibited Sm2Co7 phase a major constituent; while obtained at higher Co concentration showed co-existence Co-phase phase. Upon annealing, biphasic nature (Sm2Co7/Co) transformed into Sm2Co17 structure. By varying precursor 1:5 1:9, coercivity (Hc) and magnetization (Ms) values as-synthesized tuned 336 140 Oe 63.7 108 emu/g, respectively, these significantly improved after annealing. Maximum Hc (1050 Oe) Ms 184.6 emu/g 1:9 annealed samples.
