摘要: Abstract An atomic absorption flow detector combined with a gel chromatographic column (Sephadex G-25) gives sensitive and quantitative method of determining various condensed phosphates such as diphosphate, tri-phosphate, tetraphosphate Kurrol's salt. This is based on the automatic recording at resonance line magnesium due to complexes which are produced during elution phosphate anions through pre-equilibrated chloride solution.
