摘要: We report that with appropriate voltage biasing it is possible to reduce the uncertainty in time at which photons are emitted from a single quantum dot by an arbitrary factor. Using resonant cavity light-emitting diode, we photon emission jitter one-fifth of radiative lifetime. This enables us demonstrate single-photon repetition rate $1.07\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{GHz}$ both exciton and biexciton states. idea may lead new method pairs indistinguishable can be generated for photonic logic experiments.
