摘要: IEEE 802.11 Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN) are widely used in recent years. The basic Medium Access Control (MAC) method for controlling the medium access is Distributed Coordination Function (DCF) which an scheme based on contention principle using Carrier Sense Multiple Access/Collision Avoidance (CSMA/CA). Most of analytical studies investigating performance DCF and saturation throughput at MAC layer assume ideal channel conditions where retransmission a packet only results from collision. In this paper, we present model to estimate fixed number stations taking into account imperfections radio channels. latter investigated different modulation techniques.
