摘要: Abstract A monoclonal antibody of IgGl subclass was raised against 15 day fetal hepatocytes. The appears to recognize a surface membraneassociated hepatocyte antigen. Preliminary experiments suggest that the recognizes protein epitope. tissue distribution antigen, designated Fliv-1, studied by immunoperoxidase staining on whole body sections from rats different gestational ages. In antigen detected Rathke's pouch, brain infundibulum, tongue, liver, pancreatic acini, adrenal gland, vertebral myotome, and some developing muscle tissue. All normal adult tissues were examined, two rat hepatoma cell lines, hepatomas induced in single injection diethylnitrosamine, negative for Fliv-1 On basis its distribution, it seems unlikely is previously described marker.
