摘要: Summary Positive inotropic and chronotropic actions of dibenamine, chlorpromazine phentolamine in cats barbiturate anesthesia were present following administration ganglion-blocking drugs or section the cervical spinal cord but prevented by reserpine pretreatment. Hypertensive chlorpromazine, phentolamine, piperoxan hydergine not inhibited reserpine. Phentolamine did elevate blood pressure when adrenergic vasoconstrictor receptors blocked.
