摘要: As a part of an ongoing effort to develop "standard library" for scientific and engineering parallel applications, we have developed preliminary finite element framework. This framework allows application scientist interested in modeling structural properties materials, including dynamic behavior such as crack propagation, codes that embody their techniques without having pay attention the parallelization process. The resultant code modularly separates implementation from numerical algorithms. builds upon object-based load balancing framework, it applications automatically adapt imbalances resulting or environment (e.g. timeshared clusters). paper presents results first version demonstrates on propagation application.
