摘要: The objectives of the study were to detect and genotype Cryptosporidium spp. Giardia intestinalis in wastewater samples obtained from five cities with high transit people State Sao Paulo, Brazil, at entrance a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Lima, Peru. Samples collected concentrated by centrifugation. genomic DNA was extracted for molecular characterization nested PCR double Giardia, followed sequencing phylogenetic analysis. G. found 63.6 % samples, human assemblages A B identified. sp. 36.4 % species corresponding hominis, cuniculus, muris. Results revealed presence pathogenic assemblages. Molecular tools highlight importance map genetic diversity these parasites, as well their epidemiological circulation pathway environment.
