摘要: Objectives:We utilized dynamic magnetic resonance imaging to visualize the pharynx and upper esophageal segment in normal, healthy subjects. Methods:A 3-T scanner with a 4-channel head coil dual-channel neck was used obtain high-speed images of subjects who were swallowing liquids pudding. Ninety sequential acquired temporal resolution 113 ms. Imaging performed axial planes at levels oropharynx pharyngoesophageal segment. The then analyzed for variables related alterations area during swallowing, as well measures these structures. Results:All tolerated study protocol without complaint. Changes pharyngeal wall lumen measurements consistent within between subjects. inter-rater intra-rater reliabilities measurement tool excellent. Conclusions:Dynamic reson...
