摘要: Physiology describes the operation of a plant at biochemical, cell, tissue, organ and whole levels, recognizing that all these are under control genome. In case crop plants we interested in how combined plant’s functions leads to production harvestable component which, cereal crops, is generally grain. Broadly speaking, most important physiological activities with regard yield dry matter production, nutrient uptake, partitioning processes development (especially grain filling other aspects development). The developmental occur sequentially time involve progressive shifts physiology. As barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) feed major source malting for beer spirits, physiology affect amount produced its quality (the energy protein) special interest.
