摘要: The scorpion peptide BmK AngM1 was reported to exhibit evident analgesic effect, but its yield by extraction from venom limits the research and application. heterologous expression of achieved in Pichia pastoris our previous study. In order realize high-level recombinant (rBmK AngM1), gene dosage optimized engineered strains. rBmK four-copy strain reached up 100 mg/L, which further enhanced 190 mg/L co-expressing with chaperones PDI, BiP, HAC1. Moreover, 1200 mg/L high-density fermentation 10 L fermenter. Finally, 360 mg purified 1 L cultures a two-step purification method. efficient convenient techniques presented this study could facilitate scale-up for industrial production AngM1.
