摘要: In this study, we investigate the performance ratio (PR) of about 100 German photovoltaic system installations. Monitored PR is found to be systematically lower by ~2–4% when calculated with irradiation data obtained pyranometers (henceforth denoted as PRPyr) compared amounts measured reference cells (denoted PRSi). Annual PRSi for ~100 systems between ~70% and ~90% year 2010, a median ~84%. Next, simulations were performed determine loss mechanisms top 10 performing systems, revealing number these may still allow some optimization. Despite fact that do not see such values from our monitoring base up now, believe above 90% are realistic even today, using today's commercially available components, should expected more frequently in future. This contribution help deepening knowledge on both energy efficiency limits level standardization processes system-related aspects. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
