A comprehensive review of pesticides and the immune dysregulation: mechanisms, evidence and consequences

摘要: Nowadays, in many communities, there is a growing concern about possible adverse effects of pesticides on human health. Reports indicate that during environmental or occupational exposure, can exert some intense health through transient permanent alteration the immune system. There evidence relation between pesticide-induced and prevalence diseases associated with alterations response. In present study, direct immunotoxicity, endocrine disruption antigenicity have been introduced as main mechanisms working pesticides-induced dysregulation. Moreover, relationship pesticide dysregulation system predisposition to different types psychiatric disorders, cancers, allergies, autoimmune infectious are criticized.
