Public health issues in early childhood caries.

摘要: — Early childhood caries (ECC) is primarily a disease of poor, minority population children who generally have limited access to dental services. Public health clinics not made the prevention and control ECC priority, services provided controlled ECC. New training early screening are recommended. Additionally, repeated accessing mothers through prenatal postnatal medical visits At such behavioral chemotherapeutic strategies need be utilized. Examples from demonstration project in Commonwealth Northern Marianas presented.
