摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence biopreparation Deodoric® on ammonia (NH3) concentration, performance, and hygiene standards in laying hen (ROSS-308) production. Statistically significant differences NH3 concentration body weight hens were observed between control group (C) experimental (E) where applied at set dose. In group, an increase could have contributed decrease hens, egg production, % day whereas no such correlations group. A moderate linear correlation vs. humidity (r = 0.68), air flow 0.48) weakly age birds 0.27) noted C. E, temperature 0.14) correlated. Statistical analysis changes microbial counts isolated from manure revealed a mesophilic microorganisms 28 Campylobacter spp. days 14 84 E. However, for entire model statistically number bacteria found. tested preparation did not cause composition tissue swabs. contributes animal welfare by reducing concentrations poultry houses. It is also recommended use farms improve health performance generate benefits producers.
