摘要: Job placement histories of 73 sheltered workshop employees placed in Projects With Industry (PWI) or competitive jobs calendar year 1978 are examined during a 30 month period. Of the 27 people PWI positions, 48% subsequently jobs. 53 placements 1978, 60% competitively employed 71-80. variables such as structure appear to be more important job success than employee demographic IQ. Two alternatives individual discussed.
