摘要: Cancer pharmacogenomics is a growing field with new avenues being explored and applied to the routine practice when validated. There an enormous amount of data present in literature regarding association studies that have been undertaken around world different cancer patient populations. However, some contradictory results or no studied molecular markers. Many genetic tests developed translated clinic are recommended by US Food Drug Administration (FDA) as well for better outcome patients prescribed these medicines. In this chapter we provide overview well-studied markers efficacy toxicity therapeutics also discuss evolution companion diagnostics cancer.
