摘要: We are interested to investigate the effect of Nb5+ addition on morphological, dielectric, and optical properties Ba0.97La0.02Ti1−xNb4x/5O3 (for x = 0.00, 0.05) ceramics. The BLT BLT0.95N0.04 were successfully synthesized by a low-cost molten-salt method. In addition, structural phase purity ceramics was definite using X-ray diffraction (XRD) at room temperature (RT). Afterward, morphology our examples explored transmission electron microscopy (TEM) as well dielectric characterizations. constant decreased with increasing frequency. This is assigned Maxwell–Wagner (M–W) interfacial polarization. What’s more, photoluminescence (PL) spectra indicated synergic BLT1−xNb4x/5 At RT, compared sample, peaks in visible region for doped compound shifted highest wavelengths. Note also that width mid-height reduce Nb5+-doped than none-doped example. Based photometric characterization results CIE coordinates, they discovered perovskite may represent an appropriate candidate semiconductor lighting devices optoelectronic applications. Importantly, tetragonal phases BLT0.95Nb0.04 can be improved XRD Raman spectrum. incorporation ions La3+ Ba-site remarkable peak observed about 805 cm−1. As well, all modes show significant broadening titanium-site.
