摘要: Far infrared and mid reflectivity measurements have been made at BaTiO3 ceramics room temperature in the range between 10 μm 200 μm. The Kramers-Kronig analysis a fitting procedure, based on four parameter model of spectrum, determined active transverse longitudinal optical modes, their damping factors values dielectric permittivity. Group theory has done number experimentally observed modes was compared with theoretical prediction. calculated parameters were for samples produced different technology treatment. high frequency permittivity (at 1013 Hz) decreases from 5.13 to 1.88, sintered 1320°C ten two hours, respectively. Similarly, change other provides some information about densification ceramics. It also concluded that could give reliable results boundary cases, when it is difficult distinguish if material either cubic or tetragonal structure.
