摘要: Resume Depuis le milieu des annees 80, la technique de valvuloplastie percutanee a considerablement change prise en charge stenoses valvulaires. En pathologie cardiaque congenitale, cette procedure est couramment utilisee et admise pour traitement valvulaires pulmonaires qui consideree comme une « curative » mais devenir patients tres long terme n’est pas encore bien connu. La aortiques palliative au meme titre que chirurgie conservatrice. Admise dans plupart centres europeens americains, elle reste controversee France. Plus recemment, developpement valvulation plus specialement celle voie pulmonaire annonce nouvelle revolution ayant cardiopathie congenitale. Nous proposons ici revue du percutane lesions congenitales natives post operatoires.
