摘要: As Neutral-Point-Clamped topology has been widely studied and applied in three-level inverter, owing to its simple structure low cost, balance of DC capacitors' voltage is one the key issues involving operation safety output performance this type. With detailedly discussing causes impacts imbalance neutral-point level NPC a comprehensive analysis conducted on characteristics. A tight connection revealed through analyzing process, as fluctuation capacitor union combined with both modulation index power factor. Strong guidance for circuit design control scheme type inverter could be given according research results paper. Simulation model built Matlab verify above.
