摘要: Abstract This paper presents experimental research conducted to verify the suitability of a specific type recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) for structural use. The aggregates (RCA) used in RAC mixtures considered here were obtained from precast panels taken high-rise buildings, which are typical residential structures former Eastern Bloc countries European continent. Precast these buildings often be unsuitable sources mainly on account their poor material base and low-skilled construction workforce questionable quality control involved production. scope testing was determined according guidelines stated EN 206-1 standard. During execution tests, following characteristics RCA: particle size distribution; amount fine particles; density; water absorption; shape index Los Angeles abrasion resistance. Afterwards, specimens prepared basis recipes developed accordance with 12390 standard, underwent tests evaluated properties: slump; air content; fresh compressive strength; flexural hardened density absorption. gained test results show technical tested RCA producing medium strength RAC. absorption values relatively high compared natural (NA), 28-day strengths exhibited by most one class lower than target values. In spite deficiencies, still can classified as suitable provided that predispositions into during recipe design. necessity properties RCA, soon its source is consideration, reduces possibilities general conclusions. Nevertheless, provides manufacturers practically applicable information processing deconstructed gathering production
