摘要: Pre-operative care in dermatologic surgery is aimed at preventing complications intra-and post-operatively. The clinical history will determine the need for additional tests prophylaxis of bacterial endocarditis, infection surgical site, and valvular orthopedic prostheses. Diabetes mellitus systemic arterial hypertension should be under control. Warfarin (keeping INR within therapeutic range) acetylsalicylic acid (for secondary prevention cardiovascular events) maintained. Other drugs evaluated. Monopolar electrosurgery avoided patients using implantable electronic devices
