摘要: The goal of our study was to compare a prospective triggering (PT) CT technique with retrospectively gated (RG) techniques in coronary computed tomographic angiograms (CCTA) respect image quality and radiation dose. Sixty consecutive patients were enrolled. CCTAs using the RG obtained dual-source 64-slice system 40 patients, ECG-triggered tube current modulation, either broad pulsing window at 30–80% RR interval (group RGb, 20 heart rate > 70 bpm) or small 70% RGs, < bpm). other underwent CCTA PT on 128-slice PT, All images evaluated by two observers for three-point scale, 1 being excellent 3 insufficient. effective dose calculated each patient. average score 1.5 ± 0.6 1.35 0.5 RGs 1.65 RGb. mean RGb 9 4 mSv, 7 mSv mSv. This represents 57% reduction compared 67% In conclusion, selected offers adequate significantly lower techniques.
