摘要: Hybrid analog/digital precoding architectures are a low-complexity alternative for fully digital in millimeter-wave (mmWave) MIMO wireless systems. This is motivated by the reduction number of radio frequency and mixed signal hardware components. involves combination analog processing that enables both beamforming spatial multiplexing gains mmWave paper develops hybrid combining designs multiuser systems, based on mean-squared error (MSE) criteria. In first design with combiners being determined at users, proposed minimum MSE (MMSE) precoder realized minimizing sum-MSE data streams intended users. second design, jointly designed an iterative manner to minimize weighted cost function. By leveraging sparse structure channels, MMSE precoding/combining problems then formulated as reconstruction problems. An orthogonal matching pursuit-based algorithm developed determine combiners. Simulation results show performance advantages various system settings.
