摘要: Beta-glucuronidase (GUS) was histochemically analyzed in anthers and pollen of potato, tobacco tomato. GUS activity determined transgenic plants containing a chimaeric gene untransformed plants. In at premeiotic meiotic stages sporogenous development, indigogenic precipitation indicative consistently manifest cells the vascular cylinder, connectivum stomium while no found tapetal tissues. At similar stages, anther sections did not show any indigo blue staining. later microspore both demonstrated high levels sporogenic cells. plants, also present stomium.
