摘要: We are reporting the first dendrochronological dating of timber from Tajikistan. Thirty samples were collected two old buildings a village located in western Pamir-Alay; eight cores taken temple. Most construction wood was juniper species. The object chronologies crossdated well with previously published chronology based on living trees Pamir-Alay. results revealed that investigated structures composed coming several periods. oldest pieces dated back to 11th and 12th Centuries. come turn 17th 18th Centuries, which probably period intense development Artuch village. Besides these historic structures, our investigation provides opportunity extend currently existing regional tree-ring for future climate reconstruction Pamir-Alay High Asia. Dated sequences assembled into 1012-year spanning 945–2014 C.E. strengthened replication its earliest part (with critical 0.85 EPS value since beginning 13th Century).
