摘要: Although preservation of the environment quality is a universally recognized principle, environmental harm reality that causes damages difficult remediation to and human health. The Rio Declaration, which resulted from Rio-92 Conference, recommends application Precautionary Principle as an anticipatory tool prevention in impact assessments. Since then, has been used assessments when current scientific knowledge faced with unpredictable. However, such studies often present incipient approach on health for not considering Principle. This work proposes assessment there uncertainty legitimacy activity performed, exposure time dose, single cause or multiple diseases may occur result alteration.
