摘要: Using collagenase digestion as an assay for collagen in partially synchronized secondary cultures of chick embryo fibroblasts, we find that the rate synthesis remains at a constant fraction overall protein (5%) regardless growth cells even when is accelerated 5-fold by adding serum and altering pH culture medium. However, oncogenically transformed Rous sarcoma virus, relative was decreased 50% 24 hours after infection 10% initial 5 days. This selective decrease could be reversed infected with RSV temperature-sensitive transformation-defective mutant non-permissive temperature, indicating not merely result viral but direct consequence oncogenic transformation.
