摘要: Although the origins of cognitive therapy can be traced back in history philosophy and psychology (see Ellis, Chapter 1, this volume), it is still a relatively new arrival on psychotherapy scene. Nonetheless, there already exists some very promising data for its effectiveness, particularly treatment depression (e.g., Beckham & Watkins, 4, volume; Elkin, Shea, Collins, 1986; Hollon Beck, 1986). The recent proliferation books, articles, conferences therapy, along with inclusion NIMH Collaborative Study Depression (Elkin, Parloff, Hadley, Autry, 1985) point to wide rapidly growing acceptance approach. Given this, seems timely consider relationship between other major forms psychotherapy. In chapter, we will compare behavioral psycho-dynamic therapies an attempt determine commonalities differences among them. * addition, present formulation change based factors that believe are all three these therapies. argument advanced favorable outcome may not due any unique or novel elements but instead more efficient explicit use psychotherapies as well.
