摘要: Abstract The present study was conducted to identify the localization and possible contribution of two estrogen receptor (ER) subtypes in rat brain at postnatal (P) days 3, 7 14. Evaluation distribution ERα ERβ immunoreactive (ir) nuclei did not reveal gender differences developmental point times examined. With exception cerebral cortex, pattern staining for these ERs unchanged across ages ERα-ir wider than ERβ-ir during development. From P3, were found different regions basal forebrain, amygdala, thalamus, hypothalamus, mesencephalon, pons, cerebellum medulla oblongata. In addition, exclusively detected hippocampal subfields, epithalamus several circumventricular organs. dual immunofluorescence revealed positive medial part bed nucleus stria terminalis, periventricular preoptic caudal aspects ventrolateral ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus.
