摘要: This article deploys the concept of citizenship regime to describe norms and practices European Union (EU). The EU is, has been since 1957, involved in building practices. goal is reanimate discussions recapture them from almost exclusive control political philosophy a focus on standard liberal democratic model. Instead, it presents for what is: set motion. Its characteristics are captured by analysing four dimensions any regime: responsibility mix; acquired rights duties; governance; belonging. On each dimension, current briefly described. When this done, observed be adjusting its borders boundaries citizenship.
