摘要: In contrast-enhanced (CE) magnetic resonance (MR) angiography (MRA), lower injection rates of a fixed contrast agent dose provide longer bolus at the expense intravascular signal. This study evaluated effect different in imaging vasculature extremities with time-resolved, CE MRA. three volunteers, 0.5, 1.5 and 3.0 mL/second were administered randomized order imaged two separate sessions. Contrast dynamics measured volunteers used computer simulations to confirm variations concentration as source vessel ringing blurring artifacts. To validate rate pathologic vessels, 37 patients peripheral vascular disease time-resolved technique using an 0.5 or retrospectively divided into groups. higher caused stronger modulation k-space resulted increased artifacts These results reproduced simulations. qualitative patient study, significantly less was observed injection-rate, without significant loss contrast.
