摘要: YBa2Cu3O7−x bicrystal dc-superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUIDs) and single layer magnetometers working at 77 K have been fabricated analyzed. Samples made in situ by cylindrical magnetron dc sputtering on [001] SrTiO3 substrates. Magnetic flux noise levels magnetic field sensitivities standard flux-locked-loop electronics measured out dc-SQUIDs magnetometers, respectively. Flux as low a few μΦ0Hz−1/2 the white regime SQUIDs, whereas sensitivity of was influenced external sources. A comparison experimental data with analytical expressions modelling behavior high Tc SQUIDs has carried out, special reference to flux-to-voltage transfer parameter characteristics.
