ECEM (Eye Closure, Eye Movements): application to depersonalization disorder.

摘要: Eye Closure, Movements (ECEM) is a hypnotically-based approach to treatment that incorporates eye movements adapted from the Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) protocol in conjunction with hypnosis for of depersonalization disorder. Depersonalization Disorder has been differentiated post-traumatic stress disorders recently conceptualized as subtype panic disorder (Baker et al., 2003; David, Phillips, Medford, & Sierra, 2004; Segui et. 2000). During ECEM, while remaining hypnotic state, clients self-generated six seven trials reduce anticipatory anxiety associated were also used process triggers elicited breath holding, often followed by episodes depersonalization. Hypnotic suggestions reverse core symptoms depersonalization, subjectively described "feeling unreal" (Simeon 1997).
