摘要: OBJECTIVE. A variety of radiographic views have been described in the literature for initial imaging nonacute shoulder pain. Multiple articles also discussed best next test if radiographs do not show diagnosis, especially use unenhanced MRI, MR arthrography, CT and ultrasound. The purpose this article is to examine evidence most helpful after different clinical presentations chronic CONCLUSION. recommended radiograph depends on diagnosis. Ultrasound generally preferred over MRI evaluating rotator cuff pain, whereas preferably with abducted externally rotated images, accurate symptoms from a suspected labral tear or instability.
