摘要: The HID EVOlution—qPCR/STR Setup System enables automation of DNA quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) setup, normalization sample, and PCR setup for short tandem repeat (STR) analysis. EVOlution tracks sample reagent information facilitates data transfer quantification, normalization, STR analysis steps, eliminating the need manual processing repetitive entry. Instruments automated system include a Tecan Freedom EVO 150 robot liquid handling, 7500 Real-Time GeneAmp 9700 amplification, 3130xl Genetic Analyzer detection amplified fragments.
