摘要: Engineering new traits in plants by genetic transformation basically falls into two classes: i) introduction of sense transgenes that encode RNA and/or proteins adding a structural or regulatory property to the plant, ii) antisense interferes with expression endogenous genes gene families. Many successful achievements involving transgenic expressing have been obtained during last 15 years. However, unexpected silencing simultaneous and homologous was also observed several cases(1–5).
